Deena is generally available for sessions 7 days a week. Limited morning sessions are available September-May. Sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Your non-refundable session fee is due upon booking to secure your preferred date and time. Cash or check are the preferred methods of payment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment due to an illness or an emergency, please give as much notice as possible. There is no rescheduling fee if you re-book within 6 months of your original appointment.

Substance

Please be flexible - if you have arranged for your session to be outdoors, your session has the possibility of being rescheduled due to weather. In this case, your session will be re-booked for the earliest possible date at no charge.

Within 2 weeks of your session, your preliminary images will be delivered to you to allow you to begin the selection process for prints, cards, and/or albums. Payment for all products is due upon ordering. Due to the custom nature of all products, once the order is in production, your payment is non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Deena to process and perfect your order.
