The Uptons came to their shoot with many requests - they wanted some traditional family portraits, a focus on their young daughter's expressive face, to get a couple of "grown up" images of the parents, and to capture their son with his best friend - his dog, Diesel (the pit bull that changed my mind about pit bulls - that dog is SO gentle!). I guess you could say that this shoot was truly the beginning of my Lifespan Photography!

We had so much fun running around the Las Colinas Canals that day and I was so grateful to be able to capture the love of this young family.
